LangOnce Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; LangOnce does not ask you to create a password. Keep access to your email secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You must be at least 13, or older if your local law requires it.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass people, impersonate others, spam, or share illegal or harmful material.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or upload malicious code.
• Respect intellectual-property, privacy, and other rights.
• Use reports and moderation tools honestly. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give LangOnce a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. Deleting an account removes its active profile and content subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention.

Learning information

LangOnce is an educational practice tool, not a certification, translation, medical, legal, or emergency service. Generated or community content may contain mistakes; use appropriate judgment before relying on it.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk. You may stop using LangOnce or delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

LangOnce is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent allowed by law.
